Sex abusers they prey on kids ' confidence, experts say
It is difficult to pin down the numbers. The American Academy of Child Adolescent Psychiatry & says that sexual abuse is reported 80,000 times a year. But experts acknowledge that these numbers are just a drop in the bucket. Many more cases of child sex abuse are never reported.
